Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our distributed team. The ideal candidate will design, automate, and maintain deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure—ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance for production workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native tools
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC frameworks (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
  • Manage container deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps, GKE, or EKS)
  • Monitor system performance and implement observability solutions
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering and data teams for seamless delivery
  • Maintain security compliance, secrets management, and backup strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer
  • Expertise in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD)
  • Hands-on with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices
  • Fluent communication skills in English; German is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and zero-downtime deployments
  • Knowledge of Vault, Secret Manager, or similar tools for secure secret handling
