Tell us your operating system (macOS Apple Silicon or Windows x64) and the app version.
Describe what you expected and what happened.
Please send only what’s needed. Avoid sharing audio, full transcripts, your licence token, payment details, or other secrets unless we specifically ask.

Billing & licences

Payments are handled by Paddle. To manage or cancel a subscription, use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Your Secretary42 licence token is delivered by email after purchase; paste it into the app to activate it. See the Terms, Privacy Notice, and Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
